Kraven the Hunter is a superhero movie based on Marvel comics which is produced by Columbia Pictures in association with Marvel Entertainment. Kraven the Hunter’ is the fourth movie in Sony’s Spiderman Universe. Kraven aka Sergei Kravinoff is a classic villain in Spiderman which was created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko.
Is Kraven the Hunter a member of Sinister Six?
Kraven is also known as the founding member of the Sinister Six, which was also teased in “The Amazing Spiderman 2” (2014). Sinister Six are a group of supervillains appearing in Spiderman which is published by Marvel Comics.
After suffering defeat twice by Spider-Man. Doctor Octopus has been separated from his tentacle pack. After freeing his tentacles pack and also getting out of prison, he tries to contact every known supervillain who has fought Spiderman before.
Among all the supervillains only Kraven the Hunter, the Mysterio, the Sandman, Vulture, and Electro responded. All the villains wanted to take revenge on Spiderman by killing him so they wanted to fight one on one with Spiderman.
Sinister Six kidnapped Peter parkers Aunt May and Daily Bugle secretary Betty Brant, in order to bring Spider-Man so that they can fight him. Spider-Man defeated Sinister Six members one by one and lastly, he defeats the leader, Doctor Octopus making them taste defeat once again.

Kraven the Hunter trailer:
In the trailer Kraven the Hunter we can see that Kraven has got animal powers basically of a lion. He has the ability to sense his enemies and hunt them down with his animal strength. We can see in the trailer that he has a stepbrother, Dmitri, who later becomes a chameleon in the movie.
The trailer also tells us that Kraven is an animal lover who wants to protect the animals from hunting by humans. Kraven aka Sergei Kravinoff belongs to a powerful Russian family. His father likes to hunt exotic animals for his home collection.
Sergei’s father want Sergei to be a hunter like him so one day he and his father went to hunt lions. Sergei’s father wanted to see if his son can be a pro hunter like him so he tells his son to shoot a lion with his rifle which was in front of him.
Sergei tried to aim at the lion but unfortunately, as soon as he pulled his trigger the lion caught him in the neck and threw him on the ground.
He suffered severe injuries from the lion’s attack and was about to die
but then only one drop of lion’s blood falls into wounds of Sergei, which shows that from there he receives his animal power. There are many violent scenes in the movie when Kraven fights the bad guys who try to harm the animals for their needs.
In the list, Kraven has his father’s name on the top cuz which means that we will see father and son standing face to face Later at the end of the trailer, we can also notice that a man is undergoing a transformation that turns him into Rhino.
What powers does Kraven the Hunter possess?
Kraven the Hunter looks like a regular human being with peak physical condition. He relies on various weapons and fighting abilities. Over the period Kraven has found various herbal potions which temporarily enhance his strength and agility.
But that wasn’t enough to fight against his enemy Spiderman. So, Kraven took a magical potion which is prepared by Calypso. This powerful potion helps him to increase his strength, stamina, agility, endurance, speed, and reflexes.
The potion also helps him to be young and enhances his strength.

Kraven The Hunter will be released on 30th August 2024.
